Hi Everyone,

Vince is enjoying his retirement with me - He will be 7 this year. So that's nearly a year in the comfort of a home environment after 6 years in kennels.

We are still working on his kidney problem. Discovered an hour before his planned neutering.

His kidneys are not working well but there has been improvement with his drug treatment. (expensive)

Hopefully his blood levels will be ok this month  to allow him to have an operation to get two bad teeth out and perhaps neutering as well.

He still has that urge to sprinklein  my flat -  but that not helped by his need to drink and pee.

But it's great to see him out and about enjoys dog things each day  and he's  is still up for a 'scrap' to get on the sofa.

Charles

ps you may see him at next Strathclyde Park  Walk

Good luck Vince!   Hope you get those choppers sorted out soon as I imagine that's the bit that worries you most!   Thank goodness your kidney problems were found out in time, and that something is helping!   And what heaven to be in a caring home!  Charles, good luck with the cleaning!   I gave in eventually and stuck with the old carpets and bought a carpet shampooer!   The house can't smell TOO bad, cos people come back again!

Vince sounds like a wee angel.  He's getting all the care and attention he deserves after a hard 6 years - no doubt he just loves his big family!  We look forward to seeing you all at a Strathclyde walk but we are still definitely up for a west end parade - just let us know when suits x
