she is sooooo tiny. The pic with her on the cushion just shows her size. What do Cass and Sasha think of the new arrival? Is she from a rescue? How could anyone abandon her?

Thank you for all your wonderful comments about little Rag. We got her from a woman outside Durham who shows whippets and was allowing her bitch to have a litter before being spayed. There was seven in the litter 5 boys and 2 bitches I was given first choice and chose Rag which was not hard as she stood out from the others, she weighs about 3lbs,stands 9 inches tall!!!! LOL and is not shy by any means. Cas is being a bit of a grumpy drawers and Sasha is ignoring her and being a complete snob but I am sure in time they will all be great together. The collies loked at her as if to say " Oh another dog, ah well"!. Rag goes to the vets tomorrow to get her full medical and I am sure that she will pass with flying colours as she eats like a horse and bounces round the living room like a kangaroo. Her Great,Great Grandfather was a winner at Crufts and she has a pedigree the length of your arm. Will keep you all posted on her progress and keep your fingers crossed that she sleeps all night!!!!!!!! Nick names for a whippet is Snap Dog or Rag Dog therefore the name Rag.

Nora, I laughed out loud when I saw the photo of little Rag in the middle of that huge cushion bed She's just gorgeous and will be bossing the others around in no time, I am sure Marie
Nora, How cute is she. I am so jealous! We are sticking as a one dog family as Chad has become so spoilt that he would never accept another dog! To be honest he loves me so much, to the annoyance of the entire family - that it would break my heart to make him jealous in any way. Hope Cas and Sasha are taking it in their stride. I'm sure that a pup in the house will make them all the more playful. Em xx
You and Steve are more than welcome to come to meet her, she will not be out walking away from home till she gets her vaccinations and microchipped in four weeks time. Nora
