Er it seems to be a bit big.....it looked okay on the photoresizer..honest
......right....I have resized on photobucket...touch wood it works.
Oh joy I have been on photobucket for what seems like years  but hadn't used it much and  hadn't realised that it had changed so much. Well the pic doesn't look that much smaller to me....but as you can see by the numerous edits I have tried Sun is shining I am off to the river with Flash.

He's lovely, a big gorgeous cuddly teddy bear! A similar lurcher lives near me, and he has the nicest nature, and I always feel like cuddling him.

Hi Gail,
Grooming Flash could go on for ever. His coat must be one of the worst for a hunting type of dog. Waterproofing almost zilch, in a heavy downpour he can get soaked through to the skin very quickly (drowned rat look) Its very linty and gathers every bur and bit of twig etc that he goes near. Lends credence to the strong rumours about his past that he was bred for lurcher and terrier shows and not for working.
 
By the way can anyone tell me the number of bytes? to get a decent size of picture for the forum and I'll try and edit that pic. Big pics look nice but not awfully good for the smooth running of the forum

Eleanor - I use Photobucket, and after you upload your pic, it has the option to downsize, and even tells you size for forums, bulletin boards etc., then you can paste the link into your thread.

Flash is just gorgeous. I really like the hairy ones, and like i PM'd you Eleanor, he's the image of Jenna. Sounds like her coat is just like his. She has very fine hair and such a lot of it. I get her clipped during the summer and it shows off just what a different colour she is under all that hair.

Ah ha....I had avoided using the photobucket resizer as I think it replaces the original pic with the smaller version but when I think about it I don't print from photobucket and so that doesn't matter......thanks... I was into trying to resize on another programme then saving again to photobucket as a new pic.
Er I hadn't noticed that photobucket advised on sizes for forums etc. I'll try and set aside some time this afternoon to have a proper tour of photobucket.

Flash will be a tiny version of Diesel. Flash is approx 23"/24" at the shoulder ( he is a so and so when I try to measure him) Diesel sounds super. I hope that he got a good home.

We got Flash nearly six years ago and we were told that he was about three at the time and so he will probably be coming up for nine very soon.
