Flash and I are just back from having a lovely day out with Lindsay and his beautiful Balloch gang, Valerie and the terrific fun loving Biscuit. Weather was very kind to us and there was loads of space for the dogs to enjoy themselves with the things that dogs do. Dylan gave us a retrieve from water display which was stunning considering that he isn't a lab. He also gave us an insight into his forestry worker credentials when he decided that a very large bit of branch just had to be moved from one end of the park to the other. Biscuit wanted to help but Dylan was up for managing on his own. Biscuit showed off his hole digging skills and Flash showed his cunning by waiting until my attention was on Biscuit and sneaking away on one of his solo hunting expeditions. Needless to say while the lurchers were keeping our attention with their antics the aristocratic greys were behaving like angels. Thanks for a great day out Lindsay I will have a bash a posting a first picture to see how it goes. Will start with a pic of Flash with his new friends.
Will try and post more pics tomorrow Eleanorxxxx

Couldn't resist posting this one of Prince before I make Tom's dinner. A proud and handsome dog but he loves cuddles and kisses
and one of Valerie and Biscuit (Tom now making his own dinner )
As you can see from the pic Biscuit is full of fun and interested in everything and Valerie is doing her best to spot what mischief he will get up to next. I think that I will have to get a new and faster pc for the pic stuff. Eleanorxxxxx

The dogs definately had a smashing day out. Lindsay is very lucky to access to that kind of ground so near to his house. Have just given Prince a major accolade....posted his pic on a lurcher site. He is the first grey that I have been with for more than a few minutes and I have to admit that he sort of sneaked into my heart. Eleanorxxxxx

Just to say Balloch was gorgeous, and despite the grim look on my face in above photo, I honestly had a lovely time. Great dogs and nice company, great weather - sorted
Thanks for posting the fantastic pix. Iain and I had a fab time too, he enjoyed seeing the lurchers running crazy after one another. Thank you to both you and Valerie for coming along and making the day special. Heres to another one soon, Doggy Day 2??
