Hi Folk's don't want to start a rammy here but just to let you all know that I have just learned about 5 cute 7 week old Greyhound pups looking for a home, as you will all know looking after a pup is a HUGE commitment, think the worst dog in the world then double it and add in the house training etc...you get the picture. If anyone out there is interested in rehoming a pup please email me - david@gal.org.uk - the pups are with another rescue organisation and any potential adoptee will have to fulfill that organisations strict re-homing requirements.
Aww how cute must they be. Got any pics? Couldn't do it myself even if I didn't work. I think Dawn must have had a prescription of tranquilisers to cope with the stories she told us about her pups.

Oh Jenny I hope you didnt get the wrong impression about my two beautiful pups........ (who are thankfully now approaching their 2nd birthday!).
All you need to look after Greyhound pups is......unlimited funds in your bank account to replace items 'accidentally' damaged...eg the entire contents of your house. A good gardener....actually no need for one, he will have to be replaced with a JCB. An abundance of patience comes in handy.
All the above put aside, the end result is worth it........, but contrary to common belief, I didnt get the prescription...I saw what they did to others!! Pups bring so much joy, just try and avoid the 'lurcher' variety....eh Presley!!

Not at all Dawn, I just realise how much of a commitment it is and I know I don't have an abundance of patience. I admire the dedication it takes to bring a puppy to adulthood and those who do it.
Neither do I Jenny, thats where prescription drugs come in handy...so I believe.
Val hit the nail on the head....a sense of humour is really all you need....I used to have one until I got Presley.....my other little one is just a complete joy!
