V. exciting news from the Dog Daycare Centre. They had STV filming yesterday for an upcoming programme about finance and small businesses.
Apparently Mason put on a star performance, running for the cameras, posing, ingratiating himself with the crew and even chasing a ball jawdrop.gif
The only downside was the journalist turned up with her diamante collar wearing chihuahua in her arms and was banned from bringing it inside because as boss Sarah told her "the greyhounds will eat it"biggrin
This might have done his reputation a bit of damage so we'll wait and see if she edits him outwink
Am awaiting a date for when the show will air and will let everyone know so they can see this place for themselves.

The show is called "Safe As Houses" and starts on July 19 at 7.30pm on STV. Sarah at the centre thinks it will feature in the fourth episode - which will be Aug 9 if she is correct.
Apparently a second crew from ITV came to film more of the dogs on Friday so its going "cross border".
Judging by the mud on Mason's coat when he was dropped off that night he had a whale of a time showing off for the cameras biggrin

Was watching and waiting at tonight's episode, to see Mason.  Alas, it was not to be!!  Must be next week.  Remind us all again next week and I'll be sure and watch

Just finished watching "Safe as Houses", what a gentleman Mason is, when all around him were being boisitrious and noisy he just plodded up to the reel then gently strolled into the pool room, what a star. What a good boy you have Marie, I did notice another grey there and the black lab jumping in from the side of the pool was hilarious. Hope the owner gets her planning permission, once again a case of the council being buttheads when someone trys there best to provide a service that is obviously used and needed. biggrin Nora
P.S. Could you ask Mason if I could have his autograph ? LOL biggrin

Mason you excelled yourself with your - "Come with me, I'll show you the swimming pool" attitude. Your mum must be very proud of you. The Day Centre looks fabulous, no wonder he's always tired after a day there.

I'm sure fame has gone to Mason's head, I've finally got broadband in my home today and he hasn't stopped whinging at me all day.
We've just got back from our FOURTH walk of the day and he began whining the minute I came back on.
He really does have to be the centre of attention grrrr!
Still it was nice to see him on the box behaving so well, everyone keeps telling me how impressed they were that he was the only dog not barking and acting like a loon, if they only knewwink
