Hello from Tara and new family
Permalink Closed

We have officially adopted Tara (formerly Suzie).  She has been with us for about seven weeks and although timid is settling in fine and coming to terms with living with 4 cats!
Thanks to everyone who has helped us and offered of us advice and support - especially everyone on the GAL Edinburgh walks who have been very welcoming.
We'd be glad to hear from anyone in West Lothian who would be willing to meet up for a walk and some dog socialising as she is pretty reluctant around other dogs at the moment.

Welcome to the forum handshake.gif. What a stunner Tara is, I love that first picture, looking forward to hearing all about her, we're in Edinburgh if you want to meet up for a walk with our three (mostly) well behaved houndsbiggrin.gif.

Welcome to the forum - it's always good to meet new members and their lucky hounds.  biggrin  She's beautiful and obviously very happy in her new home because she looks extremely contented in the photos.  What a beautiful shine she has in your pictures.

Looking forward to hearing lots more about her and seeing lots more photos.  wink

She does look incredibly content. I'm sure she'll get over her shyness in no time at all. Welcome to the forum - I can't wait to hear lots more about the gorgeous Tara smile.gif

Tara was at the vet's today for her op so she's feeling very sorry for herself and we're feeling very sorry for her too and for our piggy bank but she'll soon be on the mend.  Thanks for all the good wishes
