Now that the summer has gone and there are no young shoots in the gardens round here, we can let the chickens out of their run. Bella and Bess have seen the hens throught the fence but now they can meet face to beakAs I went in to the paddock tonight Big Red the 'stunt chicken' came running towards us, I had to remind Bella and Bess to 'LEAVE' more than once but they did what they were told, although Bella found it much more difficult than Bess. I'll have to watch them for a while until they get the idea that chickens are not for catching.
When Big Red ran up to them they must have thought this was the easiest catch ever Big Red got a little apprehensive when she noticed the big skinny stupid one had backup that looked like they were NOT frightened of her
