We've just returned from a wee holiday up in Ardnamurchan, it was absolute bliss, a wee cottage in the middle of nowhere and no fireworks, it was so quiet and peaceful, with the most beautiful clean beaches and lots of wildlife.
The cottage,
Tricia, Lulu and Dust
Sally, Dust and Lulu
Lets see whats up here.
Sitting nicely
Sanna Sands
It all got too much for Dust
The neighbours.
These gorgeous guys ran right in front of our car.
We saw these seals on the way home.
It was one of the most relaxing weeks we have ever had and will definately go back. They are dog friendly although it doesn't look like it but the wall around the cottage is quite high and there is a fence on top, I would thoroughly recommed a visit, their website is http://www.west-highlands.co.uk/, they have loads of cottages, we stayed in Branault.

What a fantastic looking place, the cottage and gardens look like a little oasis in the wilds. So glad you all had a great time and you got peace and quiet from the fireworks. Love the neighbours. Nora

Looks fab. Your dogs look like a real pack, do any of them stray to far?
Our dogs mostly stick together Sally and Lulu especially but Dust likes to do his own thing as you can see in the following photo(can you spot him), he tends to keep an eye on us though and we always have a wee treat to encourage him to come back, but we're quite restricted as to where we can let him of, some times he takes the 'p' and hides in the woods little horror.
