Cracked paw pads

Indiana's paw pads are cracking in this weather and one paw in particular is missing quite a lot of the pad. Almost as if it has worn away. Any ideas? confused.gif

Thanks

Jet get quite cracked pads from walking on the pavements and we rub vaseline onto them, someone also recommended E45 cream as well but vaseline seemed to work so we have only tried that.

Shaws Paw Wax available from pet stores good protection from salt on the ground at this time of year, also good for stopping dogs slipping on wooden floors etc.helps soften the pads, bathe the paws in warm water pat dry and apply wax,it's always good to bathe the feet in winter.

I see you use vaseline afteryour doggie has been out for the last wee at night put some vaseline on and pop some kiddies socks on even if its only for a short while, the heat inside the sock will make the vaseline warm and really soft and will make the skin soft too.
