More sad news for Eddie and I tonight,Bobbie who was adopted just a few short weeks ago by our friend Kathleen Paxton had to be given sleep yesterday,he was found to be suffering from stomach cancer,he lived in the house right from the time he came here until Kathleen took him home,he was a big teddy of a greyhound and fitted in with the rest of Kathleens pack from the word go,he was with her for about ten or eleven weeks and a better home a dog couldn't find anywhere,We can't believe he's gone,his illness was short but I know Kathleen is devastated and will need time to heal,we're here for her and will give her all the help she needs.Rest In Peace Bobbie Boy.xxx

Kathleen, I agree with Rachel, Bobbie couldn't have found a better home.

I'm so sorry you didn't get to spend years and years with him, I know that for the short time you had together no dog could've been better cared for or loved more.

It's so hard to say goodbye when the visit was so short YET Bobbie got a lifetime of love from Kathleen from the very first day he arrived at GAL!! My thoughts and prayers are with Kathleen at this sad time!
