We all know how much you love dressing up your dogs in Christmas outfits, posing them in festive surroundings. Post pictures of your Christmas hound(s) and I will send some little prizes to those with the best outfits/poses.
Also any ideas on how we are going to vote on this as I hate to judge these things.
As a starter here are Zak and Tara.
The Best Present - the year Zak went from foster to forever
Tara's First Christmas
P.S. I am also thinking of using any good ones for GAL Christmas cards next year so let me know if you don't want any of them used.
Your photos are too good to follow Claire! Here's my current best shot but I'll try and get more once the tree is up. Any photos can be used. I'm also hoping to get a new camera phone in the next few days with more mega pixels!
Indiana seeking out the lap of luxury as per usual!

They are sooo not impressed are they? It's really funny but they look so disgusted and have that How Undignified is This look LOL,what a wee shame Hee Hee.
Of course you also get the I am so unimpressed that I am going to do something about it. Taking the photo above of Tara at 5 months old was fun (for some definition of fun). The first frosty day before Christmas with hat to hand we took her into the garden with a handful of treats. 10 seconds after putting the hat on she had snapped the elastic, ripped the bobble off and was charging round the garden with the remained of the hat. We bribe, we shout we chase after the monster pup and only achieve high stress levels and paw and foot prints all over the frosted grass. We then give up and head back to the house for a cup of tea. At this point Tara drops the hat and follows us. I glue the bobble back on to the hat and sew on heavy duty elastic and attempt the photos again. Hat is duly shaken off and re savaged, this time the hat survives and we manage to grab the monster pup as she is starting to run out of energy. It is also getting warmer and the frost is starting to melt. We try a final take and this time manage to get a few photos before the hat is again duly shaken off and savaged.
So a few disgruntled looks seems like getting off lightly.
All that effort for a photo sometimes I am not sure why I bother.
Rachel, you have coasters with Branny's pic on? That's fantastic! i want a set!
i took a load of festive Branston pics on xmas eve (wine, digital cameras and tinsel are a heady combination! ). if you pm me your e-mail address i'll forward them to you.
well done to all the winners! Branston was very gracious in his defeat but is away with some sticky backed plastic and a load of fuzzy felt to be in with a shout for the easter collar parade!
