I know it's a long way off, but since this is a change of venue and as it happens to be GAL's 10th anniversary, I thought that you'd like lots of notice about a fabulous day out.

This year's Summer GALa will be held indoors, so that we don't have to worry about the weather!

The Christmas Fayre was such a huge success at Larkhall Leisure and Sports Centre that we have decided to hold the Summer GALa at the same location.

The date will be Saturday 16th August between 11am and 3pm.

The GAL shop will be there and of course you can sample some wonderful home baking. There will also be the usual categories of Dog Shows.

Keep watching this space and here's to a great year for GAL, with the focus of course, on the dogs.

Great! I'll look forward to it. Last year's Christmas Fayre was the first of these events I've been to and I really enjoyed it. It was so relaxed and friendly and of course the Greyhounds were wonderful!

Great to get a response already about an event which is so far in the future.

But, it will not doubt be upon us in no time.

Be lovely to see your new addition to the family, Tanya.

I hope that William will enjoy his first Summer GALa!

The good news is that the wonderful Lord Provost of South Lanarkshire, Mr Russell Clearie, will once again be opening and judging the dog show categories.
