I just have to brag because I'm so thrilled. Mason and I went to John Muir Country Park today and met up with some groo pals and he was a star. He was offlead for over an hour, I reckon, without his muzzle and was as good as gold. I decided to leave his muzzle off because he is so good at daycare and I wondered if it really was the only reason he came back to me (to get it off). When there was a minor spat between a couple of the dogs - just a few growls - he stood a good 10ft back watching but didn't get in the mix! He was so good, I even managed to get him to come and get his lead back on when we spotted a horse coming. I'm ridiculously pleased with him and he's exhausted. We met the gorgeous Purdy and Bryn - the calmest puppy EVER - as well as a few regulars. Hopefully someone has pix. As usual I was too busy keeping an eye on my Houdini boy to take snaps. Next time I def will since I clearly don't have much to worry about. Thanks to Nora for organising the get-together again and her support with Mason and his offlead experience. It was great fun. Marie
