Hi folks

I see a lot of folks walking Greyhounds in the West End, and wondering how many of you are on here?

My Mum walks me and my two sisters who are not Greyhounds in the West-End.

I know of one GAL supporter who walks his 6 dogs in the West End.

So that counts for quite a few of the dogs you may have seen.

I'm the West End too. We walk to Cross Park and Oddbins wine tasting wink.gif on a Sat afternoon and in the morn can be found in Dawsholm Park or Kelvin Walkway. My dad pounds the streets of the west end with them during the week! I've noticed a lot of greyhounds recently too - word must be getting out about them biggrin.gif

When you think about it they make great pets for the West End flats, all they nned is a comfy bed and there as as happy as... well a Greyhound in a comfy bed!

My colleague, Marc, has a lurcher Suki (half Saluki!) in the West End - they can oft be found in Botanic Gardens i believe. They do make great pets for flats but it's amazing how many people have said to me 'oh a lurcher, she'll need a lot of exercise'. After I've stopped laughing, I tell them the truth and they're always amazed.
