Hi Everyone,


I was studying Snap and Cleo's  pedigree history in more detail and find that they have great granfather in common - Whisper Whishes   a black boy born in Ireland in August 81

I have also noticed that Florence and Jet (foster boy) have the same dad.
The prolific Spiral Nikita!
Fate that he is our first foster?!

Missy is half-sister to Murphy and is a cousin to Rosie as Missy's father is Spiral Nikita also.

Wouldn't it be great if we could get all the rellies together !!!

Spiral Nikita has been a VERY busy boy !!!

as you say Spiral Nikita is indeed Murphy, Rosie, Reds, Belles, Chilis & the other siblings father so indeed Missy is their half sister - born just a few months b4 Murfs litter.

Apparently he had sired over 700 kiddywinks!!

Just checked, and the Christmas 2003 litter (Belle, Rosie, Red, Murphy, Chilly, Sadie, Treacle and Purdie) are Spiral Nikita's grandweans.  Their mum Pepsi (Rutland Carrie) is Spiral Nikita's daughter.  So that makes Missy their....er....auntie?  Second cousin??

When I saw the name 'Spiral Nikita' being mentioned, I thought, that sounds familiar and remembered he is father also to Nicky, the beautiful black boy, who was in foster care, and then discovered on the BGRD site that Nicky was homed this month .....

Greyflintstone, you can bet there are heaps .... there's a previous discussion somewhere on the forum, but during conversations I've had there are heaps & heaps inter-related through 'Sandman' who sired many!!

They really are all related, aren't they?:


Whisper Wishes is great great grandfather to Belle and her litter mates, while Sandman is their great great great grandpa.

I can't get over the way Spiral Nikita seems to be cropping up everywhere.  There's surely only one Spiral Nikita (it's such a strange name), so I looked him up on the Net and he had pups for sale in the USA last year.  So is that where he is now?


Out of interest, the pups were going for $2,500 each....!

Whadya know Charles - Whisper Wishes is also Suzie's great grandfather, and Sim's great great grandfather!


And in both cases he was paired with Westmead Tania to produce Westmead Move - Sim's great grandma, and Westmead Whisper - Suzie's grandpa


Awww - not sure what relation that makes them - but they definitely are related.

It seems it really is a small world after all.


I was looking up Coco's stats tonight and it turns out that Coco (Brickfield Joy) and Fiddie (Ferryforth Zola) have the same great-grandparents of Slaneyside Queen and Skelligs Tiger.  I couldn't believe it.
