Trei is doing very well. He's been with me for nearly 3 months. He is looking vey hansome now! His kennel coat is almost all gone - a wee bit left round his neck. His brindle coloured coat really shines! It make him look so sleek and fit.
His bit wound has healed very well - just a wee pink dot on his side now.
It took ages for him to relax and allow his character to come out. He's such a laid back guy but show him a lead and bingo. He jsut loves being with my 3 dogs but think he would prefer if he had his own girlfriend. He gets bossed about by my lot and is definately bottom of the heap. He gets his toys knicked off him.
He just loves rolling about on the grass when we are out and about.
He's a lazy boy but takes an interest in small furry things outside. He won't lunge off though so is easy to control on the lead.
All of my dogs get teated to the limit by the cats, squirrels, crows, seagulls and pidgeons. The local small furry dogs are a real pain. They are all off the lead - think greyhounds are a challenge - come rushing towards us yapping before racing off, bobbing their fluffy tails, at full speed. Trei gets excited at this but won't try and pul lead out of my hands.
He is so full of fun now - so very affectionate - just loves to be brushed, stroked and massaged. Will eat any type of food in any amount lol
But despite the fact he is such a great guy and I would love to keep him - am sure he would come on more in a home where there is one other girl dog so he is less dominated. He loves children too.
Trei has come on leaps and bounds in your care. He's a lovely dog - and it's great he's showing his true greyhound character. I'm looking forward to seeing his photos and I hope he gets a wonderful new home with a nice girlfriend very soon!
Just wondered how Trei got on yesterday? I had a brief chat with a family who were walking him (O.K I tried pinching him off of them, thinking he might be Bill, and yes, I did try taking Lara home too - the Brindle Greyhound thief strikes again!). They were thinking about adopting. Did he win them over?

Yip - Trei is developing into a real star!!! I was at the Sunday Walk so most of you will have missed him and Mickey rolling on the grass in sheer pleasure.
He is such a loving boy! He tails always waggs when i come into the room. He is definately pleased to see you!!!!! He's a big softy as my wee 'Glasgow Girl' Cleo - will if I let her - knock him away from his food and scoff the lot!!! He does not even growl at her.
Quite a few people have walked him now at various events - but no one has decided to 'take him home' True - he does need to go to a home with at least one other dog - I don't think that dog needs to be female.
He does have the usual greyhound excitement at cats and squirrels - but with Trie - he spots the furry - you can tell as he looks in the furrys direction. He does not jump about getting mega excited and pulling at lead.
He's chilled out at moment in one of the dog beds next to Snap.
