To reduce your pictures for the Forum or Web Site do the following:


Select the picture using Windows Explorer and click on it.


The picture should open with Windows Picture and Fax Viewer.


Use save as to give it a new name so as to retain your original unchanged.


Click on the Icon at the bottom of the screen, the one second from the right that looks like a pencil over a mountain.


This should open the Editing Window.   Select change picture size, on the right hand side and select WEB.   You will see your picture size change from say, 1.5mb to 50kb, a massive reduction in size.  


Click save and use this saved one for the Forum.
