I just thought I would give you all a laugh at my expense. Imagine my horror, fast asleep in bed last night I dreamed of barking dogs then howling dogs. I gradually awoke to realise that it was not a dream it was reality....
We are decorating our bedroom at the moment and there is a paste table, buckets of paste, wall paper rolls and furniture all over the place. After bashing my legs several times I ran out of the room and down the stairs (the howling eminating from the dining room was by this point like a pack of wolves).I guess my neighbour will be impressed (again) gulp!!
I opened the dining room door and they stopped. I was greeted by a lovely steaming poop on my carpet. I let both dogs out and cleared up the mess, Chad went for a poop in the garden, so it wasn't him. It would appear that Tiger was the guilty party and Chad didn't like the smell near him so in true Chad style he began howling and barking to get his Mum's attention to clean it up for him!
That will teach me for going to bed to early (I was wiped out by 9.30 last night). My other half is working tonight so he went up before me at 9. At least I can rely on Kevin coming in at 1.30 tonight to let them out then !
lol aww bless you!! Saffron has only barked twice since we got her... once when star wars was on and she didnt like the noises coming from the tv, the second time was when we had a little lie in and she was desperate for a wee.... she did it on the front room rug then barked as if to say 'ive gone... where's my treat?'
For such occasions I always keep a torch next to the bed,if your in the middle of the country and there,s a power cut pooh is not a nice thing to stand on,they do say it is lucky ,but only when you have your shoes on.
