Hi

Well, just in from our first East Coast GAL walk and feeling much more a part of things so thought it was time for a proper introduction.

Peter and I adopted Daz on the 4th November 2005 so he's been with us just over six weeks now.  He's a dream dog and we're just rapt. :)  So much so I started talking about a second dog today ;)

Also in our household at the moment are two rats, I've kept a succession of rats since I was a student nurse living in a nurse's home where the warden turned a blind eye to hamsters (cue Manuellian accent 'he hamster' for Fawlty Towers fans).  Daz has been pretty good about the two old girls I have at the moment but things could get much more interesting when four baby rats arrive next week.

I have a tendency to write stories and tales so I'm sure I'll be adding Daz stories to the forum from time to time.  He's such a character I don't think I will be short of things to write, though maybe short of the time to write them now!

We live in Midlothian and are finding many nice places to walk Daz around abouts though I suspect he now loves the beach so much we will be returning there pretty frequently :)
