I have just noticed Milie has come into season today. She has been really quite the last few days and not really been herself so thought she might. Having never had an unneutered bitch before im not sure what i should do if anything?, but how long does it last etc ? Can i walk her outside or will she just have to be let out in the garden?

Just actually noticed the post further down, someone has asked basically the same thing. Do i need to keep her away from other dogs for the full 3 weeks though?

YOH, Jennifer, Sasha has just came in to season as well, first time for my poor baby, anyway yes keep Milie beside you for at least the next 10 to 14 days , as time goes on males will be more and more interested, if possible carry her the last few yards to your door and from your door, clean doorstep with non bleach products as this incourages the smell i.e. use non biological products, and squirt some pure lemon juice as this kills the scent.Good luck I will be going through the same thing and will think of you and Milie. ps wouldn you and Milie like to join Lorraine, Sofi and I on Thursday at 11 am Yellowcraig, NO MALE DOGS ON OUR PART I PROMISE. Nora x.
