Hi All, well I thought it was time to introduce myself! 

Im Neil, currently a volunteer for GAL (thanks Dawn)

I adopted my first Greyhound on the 7th December - Mr Spoons, Im sure you all know him. He prefers Spoonie (I hear that 'i e' is trendy lol)

Spoonie came to me from foster care so a big thank you to Karen, who looked after him over the last few monthsl.  He has now settled in so well and it feels like he has always been here.  I never thought I would take to fatherhood as easy as I have.

I would like to thank a few people at GAL - Charles (for the home visit) Glad you didnt have to look in the closets!!!

Dave (for sorting everything out) I owe you a beer.

Carol (Miss Carol to me) for making me feel so welcome at the GAL xmas show.

Denise (GAL's first Lady) for having the biggest heart!

And last but by no means least 'Dawn' (Volunteer Coordinator) Just for being 'you' and a great buddy!
