Folk's I've been asked a few times recently if it's possible for people to set up a regular standing order to donate to GAL, YES of course you can!! We have Standing Order mandates which I can send out to people for completion (the reason why the are not available to download is because they contain the GAL bank account number (and we wouldn't want folk to run of with the £3.38 thats currently in there....))

Hi Amanda, yeah we're just trying to ramp things up a bit now as we get into the lighter and 'warmer' days watch this space! Feb - May is always a difficult time financially for us and it's been more difficult this year, I think I'll be a vet in my next lifetime, thats where the bulk of the funds have vanished too in the last couple of months...

This is a great way to regularly give some pennies to GAL, even if you could only afford a couple of pound every month it would surely help (we all know the saying every penny count).

You better stick a form in the post for me too since its probably my dog thats draining the bank account with vet fees.


As soon as ive finished collegeand get a full time job,  i'll try start paying you more back to try help with the costs of Millie.

Glad you did Siouxsie as i still have the form sitting here from February, all filled in and ready to send off.


I'll post it today. Dave, sorry there is a brown bit on the bottom of the form, its just a bit of melted chocolate from a weight watchers pudding so fear not!!

Sorry it's not for much but, as Tesco's say, "every little helps"!


Just think, if everyone that comes on the forum gave just a couple of pounds each month, the difference could be huge!

Could you send me one to, I was going to do it through Tesco as staff can choose their own charity to have the money taken from their wages, but I would rather do it directly to GAL.  Nora
