Has anyone ever tried a Nutritional Oil called Stay Calm?  It is a herbal blend for timid or excitable dogs.  Apparently it is also good for dogs with aggression.  I bought some from the pet shop yesterday, and it must taste brill cos Mac loves it in his food!  Havent actually noticed any difference in his behaviour yet......but maybe he has to be on it for a while.  Just wondered if anyone else has tried it and their dog has shown improvement or if I should just keep it as a 'gravy' for Macs dinner!

Dawn

I have heard of this before - if my memory serves me right I'm sure its mainly made up of Ginger. Usually with this sort of things, you wouldn't expect to see any noticable change for 10-14 days,Ii would reckon. Be interested to see how Mac is on it

And if not as you say you could use it as gravy for him.

Siouxsie, it is made up of Ginger.....and Mac loves it, I could put dry earth in his bowl and providing there is some Stay Calm on it he would eat the lot!  The other two absolutely hate it and wont touch their dinner with it...strange lot my gang!

I have Stay Calm for my dog.
Initially it was to help with fireworks, and it didn't seem terribly effective. However, it did help reduce her anxiety to other triggers too numerous to mention.
