Casper was playing football this morning with his doggy pals and I thought I'd just show you the state he got himself into!...He is supposed to be pure white! (as you can see he had his coat on which kept his back clean at least!) He was bathed on Saturday!!!

Nice to see that Casper's been having fun!!!  Bet he had a great time!!!  Maybe not quite so pleased if he ends up back in the bath though I guess???  Haven't braved giving Tilly a bath yet but am sure she won't be at all impressed!  Will put that off for as long as possible!


PS Tilly sends her love to Casper - she def had a soft spot for him yesterday - along with a lot of the boys!

It's like the soap powder advert says - dirt means fun, and we shouldn't see it as bad!  Aye right!

Dirt means fun - but not for my couch that I just came in to see him lying on - the only time he has ever tried to sneak onto the couch and it has to be today!?

I am actually quite chuffed that he is this mucky, as he was back to running about like a dafty today which he hasn't done for a long time. I don't care if he ends up being this mucky daily, as long as he is getting better! He is still a bit thin, but he is getting there and he will hopefully be back to normal soon. After seeing the big boys on Sunday (Daz, Harry and Malcolm especially) I can see that Casper has a long way to go to get up to the healthy (and gorgeous!) way they are, but we will get there eventually.

Caspers bath on saturday was the first bath I have ever given him, and he seemed to quite like it so you never know, Tilly will maybe like it too.

I'm delighted that Caspar is on the mend and it's great to see he's had fun in the mud! It's good to know that Vegas isn't the only one wallowing about in mud to get the black-stocking effect!

The fat labs cheat and try to burst the ball, the two sussex spaniels don't know how to play, but the two boxers give him a run for his money! However, Casper is muzzled so his ball/nose control beats any dog in the field! And sliding tackles are his speciality! He always wins!
