Is it white? Sometimes my two boys get a wee bit of semen like a pearl drop on the end of 'it'. LOL how graphic
If it is yellow and smells I'd go to the vet.

We had this with Blue when we first got him. Phil (I claimed it was a man thing) had to syringe saline salution into the area to flush it out.

Is slick neutered? It stopped when Blue was neutered but then he had a tumour on his testicals ...(DON'T PANIC I'M NOT SAYING SLICK HAS THE SAME) If you are worried get it checked

our dave (who has been neutered) often gets a bit of white gunge on the end of his willy..... he has a good old nosh at it and cleans it up. end of problem.

i wouldn't worry about it unless it's smelly !!  (how would you know unless you get really close to his bits !!!!??? lol)

Doesn't sound like much to worry about but if you need reassurance get him checked by your vet who'll put your mind at rest. Our previous dog was a male, who fortunately never suffered with this problem - mind you, he managed to keep himself very clean in that area....constantly!

There was a dog at my work a few months ago that had this and the vet said its just coz he was an unneutered male, and thats its fairly normal. As other folk have said, they normally keep their bits clean so wouldnt worry too much
