We've just realised that despite Gullane being a mecca for dog owners, our Harry is the only dog in the whole village that wears a muzzle. He's a celebrity! Anyone else have that claim to fame?

Way to go Harry I am a big fan of muzzles!

Casper is the only dog in Linlithgow that I have seen wearing a muzzle - although I have seen plenty that should be wearing one! The looks he and I get sometimes as he dashes past the little yapping dogs is funny - absolute disgust! Some folks eyes almost pop out their heads when they see my 2 year old son patting a huge big muzzled dog! Casper is such a softy and is totally fine with small dogs but I would never forgive myself if he caught a cat and he does have a habit of throwing rabbits with his muzzle on, so I hate to think what would happen with it off

Casper just needs a jacket that says "I'm not going to eat you, just your cats" on one side and "I'm a big softy" on the other side and maybe that would stop the dodgy looks!?

know what you both mean - if we ever let dave and daisy off the lead, they'd have muzzles on too - i never see any other dogs wearing them tho.


where we walk seems to be largely dog-free so we don't meet too many others (fortunately !)

We think we have the only spotty greyhound in East Kilbride...   (Black with white spots - Denver...)
