Rosie's welsh holiday
Permalink Closed

Hiya, we've just come back from our holiday to wales and Rosie has some bragging to do! We went to stay with my gran for 10 days and luckily the weather was lovely (probably a bit too hot for the dogs). We took all three dogs up to an unused airfield and just let them run! Rosie absolutely loved it, running through long grass and they even managed to scare away a herd of cows! Here's the best bit...! I entered Rosie in a charity dog show and she was fab! She came 2nd with my dad in the adult handler class, 3rd in the longest tail class and 2nd in the 'judge would most like to take home' class! She would have got first in the last class but she decided that she had had enough and as we were drawn forward waiting to get placed she flopped down, full stretch on the grass! I thought she deserved first as she was the only one showing a bit of character! Photos will hopefully be up on saturday!

In south west wales, a small place called St Davids in Pembrokeshire. Its got a lovely cathedral which i walked Rosie round every night.  We usually go every year but we didnt go last year so it was an extra secial trip!

Thanks Laura - I've been to Pembrokeshire, and went to St David's on a day trip - beautiful place. You are soooo lucky to have a grandmother there! All I have in Wales is an ex-husband near Wrexham... not useful.
