Well folks, it's been a busy summer up to now with the Hot Dog Shows and the very successful GALa and now it is time for our regular monthly EDINBURGH Dog Walk on 27 August 2006.
Holiday's are passed, so what better way to enjoy the end of August is a lovely walk in Holyrood Park.
WHERE? Holyrood Park in Edinburgh, meet in the St Margarets Loch Car Park (the Meadowbank end of the park!)
I may make my debut at this one as I am off work on the following Monday. Never been to Holyrood Park, can anyone give me directions for someone coming from (way up) North?!
Also, before I consider the journey, are there football fields in the park? Billy is terrified of footballs after being attacked by a group of kids, and walking through/near a football game is always stressful!
Brilliant photo's Siouxsie and it looks like the weather was nice for you all.
Was there a big turnout this month? Wish i could have made it but think it was a bit soon to stress Sally with the journey and it would not have been fair to leave her at home.
Some pics i took at the walk on sunday. My camera was playing up so sorry to all the dogs i never got photos of. Another great walk and great to see so many happy hounds and owners.
Drummer Zoe
Tilly

Drummer
All that walking and flirting with Drummer has tired Zoe out
Tara and Kez
Can you believe I never got a photo of Sunny (and loads of others sorry) So I thought I'd better shove this one in or Sunny will be well miffed.
Oops last pics a bit massive!!

Is it just me, or does the pink wellie and the way/place it's positioned make it look a bit like an odd pink, urm, shall we say, just change one letter in "wellie" and you get the idea......
