Been meaning to post this for ages but have only just got round to doing this.  We all had a fantastic weeks holiday in the Lake District.  We stayed in a pub which was very dog friendly in the middle of nowhere.  Lots of walkies for Tilly - she slept for about a week when we got home!http://www.onetruemedia.com/shared?p=11c9548dc6ee2e4f165c60&skin_id=0&utm_source=otm&utm_medium=image"

Lovely photos, lovely location and lots of peace and tranquility it looks superb!


I must say she looked rather too interested in the sheep though!

Which pub was that then? Always on the look out for 'doggie' places in that neck o the woods...walk the dugs then a pint.......aaa bliss.

It was called The Boot Inn, near Eskdale.  It was fantastic, we had a huge cooked breakfast, walked Tilly, came back for lunch and a couple of pints, walked her again and then it was time for a few more pints and a lovely pub dinner - bliss!!!  We didn't want to leave - and neither did Tiily! There are so many great walks nearby you don't have to take the car anywhere!!!  Would highly recommend it.  They also have a self-catering cottage opposite the pub too!
