Hi Folks, just figured a general appeal for new foster homes was on the cards, I've 6 nice male dogs all needing moved within the next week to 10 days and as usual no place to put them assistance with them, even temporarily would be a huge help to them and GAL, if you need more info or would like to help please email david@gal.org.uk
Just to avoid the uncomfortable silence that followed my latest foster appeal.....
Jack & Banjo now in temporary kennel accomodation for a couple of weeks
Jazzy on his way to a foster home soon
Jamie & Plato on way to Rachels Kennels this week (yes by a sheer miracle I homed a couple of dogs this weekend to free up the space)
and finally Bob, well not so good for him, trainer decided to give his injury another chance so he's off to Ireland to get his leg treated and if he comes good again will be seen at a flapping track in Central Scotland in a few months, if not he'll be seen on this page again in another foster appeal!!
Just was looking here to find Plato. We met him last night as the woman who has had him the last three weeks brought him to meet Daz and see if Daz wants a buddy! ;) Daz actually got on really well with Plato and he's adorable but our situation at the moment just won't give us scope to take on the second dog.
But I was so smitten with Plato yesterday that I wanted to yell out to anybody out there that he'll be a wonderful pet. He was totally at home in here, very happy to meet Daz and only marginally excited by the rats... much MORE excited to see himself in the full length mirror
Look forward to hearing that he finds a wonderful home of his own.
