We've just got the two, and it's no more bother with 2 than it was with 1. I'd love another one but until Harry is a little better with other dogs we'll just have to wait. He's improving slowly but sure though, bless him.
The thing is, a great big gang of greyhounds is a lot less bother than, say, a couple of hyper border terriers or spaniels. Your boyfriend would never, ever notice if little Luna was a permanent addition. She looks so tiny and good that I bet she'd be no bother at all.
To be honest I feel if you've got even just one dog you've got the commitment of walking them, feeding them etc then you might aswell have lots!! We'd have a housefull of greys if we had the space, time and money. We've only got Tilly right now but would love to get her a brother or sister in the not to distant future. Think you should def keep Luna, she's only tiny after all, am sure she'll melt you boyfriends heart and she'll have found her forever home. She looks so settled and contented with your three it'd be cruel to part them wouldn't it!!! Good luck persuading your boyfriend!
Jennifer i'm sure you have enough space and more than enough love to spare to squeeze Luna in
I love having my two and it's definately no more work than one. You are feeding one anyway and the walks are the same and i have to say that Sally has brought out a whole new side to Neo that i'm not sure i ever would have seen if i hadn't decided to keep her.
I am a bit more hesitant about number three for the same reasons as Fiona, Sally needs to accept other dogs a little better before i would consider it, but she is definately getting better and i just know that i will have another someday
As no doubt everyone knows, as I am just so chuffed to bits at having been able to take Tigger on last Christmas Fayre and have mentioned it often enough, I have the three hounds.
I don't find it any harder looking after three than two. Graeme was very dubious about getting a second and positively against the third. Now, though, I think he is actually quite glad we gave Tigger a chance (a lot to do with her personality). I'd happily take on a fourth however there is no way this side of hell freezing over that Graeme will agree to that. I'm also not sure I'd want to for Wills' sake - he's slowing down quite noticeably now.
Like Gail, I think getting Tigger has brought out a side to Millie that I wouldn't otherwise necessarily have seen.
The only problem I have is that I don't have enough hands when they all come looking for attention!
We have four and it is as easy as having one, and they give four times more love back. We would not be without any of them. Nora, Cas, Sasha, Juno and Fly.

We have 3 aswell. Also mentioned loads of times on here! I agree about 2 (or 3) being no more bother than 1(or 2). If you are taking one dog for a walk, then why not take 2! Just the food supplies need stocking a bit quicker!!
Gems, being the oldest, is getting very slow and stiff now after just a little walk round the street and Gem, the collie (I know the names get a bit confusing!), needs a lot more exercise so having Rosie makes it a bit fairer on Gem as we have to take Rosie for a good walk. And when Gems has to get left behind she gets a wee treat, so everyone's happy
Ooooh!! Stop it!! I have one dog (and 3 cats) but could quite happily have taken home Freya after seeing her on Sunday's walk.. Two brindles would be sooo lovely!
I can only fit one dog in the car though... I liked my car too...
Too early so start collecting hounds - Iv'e only had Speedy for a month and he's special. Mind you 1 dog a month could be interesting - this time next year = 12 hounds??
