Oh yeah, right Peter! That's what I said when I fostered Dixie for a week! She's still here, naughty as ever 10 months later! But we didn't need a week before we knew we wanted her forever. She and Vegas get on very well - she's a little minx and Vegas lets her get away with murder. She steals from the kitchen worktop or the bin - and he's the one that gets caught! Needless to say, there's never a dull moment...
Hope everything works out for you, Kathye, Daz and Tess!
So glad tess has found her place. Last year my wee foster Emma bounced back to me in 24 hours. The reason given was that the woman that took her was scared of her and left the house and wouldnt come back until she was gone!!!!! Well it was the best thing that could have happened because Emma is now living happily everafter with Murphy in her new home. I now have Dixie who is also as scary as a teddy bear!!
Well that must be an original one! Of course its really scary when you see them stretched out on the sofa, legs in the air, tongue hanging out, and selectively deaf to your pleas to please be allowed to get a small space to sit on, or when they wrap their front legs around your neck and pin you against the wall to mug you with their licky tongues and 360 degree rotor tails, even I quail at that! So good that scary Emma bounced into good hands. Fiona n pack
