I used to be the type of serious gardener who spent £££ on my garden, knew all the plant names, travelled to get certain types etc., but I can say Biscuit has knocked that nonsense out of me. Not content with resuming last year's excavations on the craters in the grass, he has moved on to my pots
Mr Innocent - What can I do that's different in the garden this year???
Lol! He genuinely looks like he's thinking up a cunning plan in the first picture. You should have called him Baldrick At least he can help you dig holes for new plants
I wouldn't even mind so much if he stuck to one activity and let me get on, but everytime I touch anything in the garden, it turns into a game of tug! The boy is very testing sometimes
Testing or not Valerie, he is my favourite dog!! From the moment I saw him on the stairs looking out the window, I knew he was the most gorgeous dog I had ever seen. He reminds me of the Airedale Terriers we had when I was growing up. He is just so cute! Although, Jack is my boy, I always follow the stories you have to say about Biscuit. I am a great fan of Biscuit, but don't tell Jack !! Marian.
One of Tilly's favourite pastimes in the garden is digging rather large holes - she doesn't do it in our garden only when she's at mum and dads!! Last year Mum was planting bulbs in the garden and Tilly was digging them up just as quickly - I can just imagine my mums face when she realised what Tilly was up to!! She always looks sooooo angelic when she gets caught as if to say "you mean I'm not supposed to be doing this then?!"
That's definately a caught in the act photo that second one!
Tigger is a digger too. I've planted a tree in the crater that she dug! So far so good.
My brother was digging trenches to install garden drainage recently and thought he would enlist Tigger's help. All was going quite well until she started digging in a different direction and was filling it back in as quickly as David was digging it!
Valerie - Biscuit's photos are brilliant! Now if you could get him to dig the holes for you to put the plants in, that would be helpful to you, but Biscuit might not find that so amusing!
