TENDON STRAIN
Permalink Closed

Hi, Cas is having a bit of a hard time just now,she has just finished her last lot of medication for the itchy foot and is now on Metacam for a tendon strain at the back of her front left leg. She is in quite a bit of pain and just has to take things pretty easy for a while( pretty difficult as she carries on like a pup half the time), It happened on Saturday while down the beach we were not even there  five minutes when she went to chase the ball and let out the most horrendous howling noises and the leg was swinging out and up, at first I thought she had broken it the way it was swinging but fortunately it was not broken. I will let you all know how she gets on. cry

Poor Cas! I'm sure a few day's rest along with her medication will make her tendon better. Hope Cas's luck turns soon - she seems to be accident prone at the moment!

Thank you to all your wishes for Cas. She is slightly improved but hating not being allowed off lead and is giving everyone a hard time. Hopefully it shall not be too long until she is back to her grumpy old self again soon.smile Nora
