Urgent Foster Appeal for Hailey
Permalink Closed

I am reluntant to ask for a lovely lurcher girl at the Bothwell SSPCA - as we have so many other dogs just waiting to come in. However, due to a sudden increase of dogs - we have run out of time for Hailey. She has been at the kennels since January and just hasn't shown herself very well. I am looking for a temporary foster home (1-2 weeks) until I can make arrangements with a local boarding facility. (with the holiday most are already full). The SSPCA does require a home check prior to fostering - which would allow more time to find another place while the home check was being done.

Hailey just came out of season and is quite shy at first but then lovely. I have 4 smaller dogs and she is fine with them, loves kids and is almost house trained.

If anyone can help - please contact me at   079-087-57192.

I appreciate any assistance!
Thanks
Linda

Hi Linda

Is there any news about Hailey? I've been thinking about her since I read your post. She's gorgeous and she looks such a shy girl!

Hello and I am so happy to report that Dogs Trust came to Bothwell to look at her and since she was so happy to pair up with another dog - a small wire terrier - they knew they could find her a home! So Hailey and her pal are off to find permanent homes!

Thank you everyone for your texts! I am just happy that this appeal had a happy ending!

Linda

Great news and thank goodness! I've been worrying about Hailey since I saw the appeal. I'm so happy that this little girl has the chance to get a great home now!

Good luck to Hayley!

She is a lovely wee girl who deserves a chance to prove just what a great pet she will make.
