Lol! biggrin.gif Bet the kids love him! Donald is the best name I have heard for a snail. Not that I've heard that many snails with names, but Donald is a good one biggrin.gif

I'm trying hard to think of something nice to say about Donaldashamed ,no I just can't think of anything, he's just not my kind of pet. Good on you for getting the kids used to all sorts of pets, he's probably got a fantastic personality and he does have a nice shine on his shell but I can't imagine giving him a cuddle. Blue may not look like a sprinter in the photo, but I'd give the smooth coated charmer house room any timebiggrin

Right, now you've asked for it:

Q: Where do you find giant snails?
A: On the ends of their fingers.

Q: What did the slug say to the snail?
A: Big issue Sir?

Dawn, you're never allowed to criticise my jokes again, except this one:

Q: What's the definition of a snail?
A: A bogey in a crash helmet.

Nora - I think that's just another one of the differences between Men and Women. I'd be incredibly impressed, and rightly so.

Only just Dave.  It was like leather when he finally managed to peel it off.  One of the perils having teeth removed, there's nothing to keep his tongue in anymore. biggrin
