So lots of people have told me that Tara looks just like the dog in Harry Potter.  Having never seen the movies (or read any of the books).  I could only smile and wonder what they were talking about.

Today I found this article on the dog in Harry Potter, Cleod who is a Scottish Deerhound.  He appears to be quite a big chap and does look a lot like Tara.

Tara being a Deerhound crossed with a Wolfhound is a bit bigger and broader but essentially the same.

Am looking forward to seeing the star in action when I go and see HP sometime soon!  What a handsome fella - can see why people are saying that about Tara.  smile

Well now I know something more about the Harry Potter thing biggrin.I just see the films when they come on TV.
Absolutely stunning portrait of Tara. It makes me wish that I was an artist and could do an oil paining from the photograph.
