It's a disgrace that these dogs are kept in conditions like these. The little shelter there is, is completely inadequate. And it doesn't look like a safe place to keep the dogs either. They're open to the weather and to any kind of mischief or abuse from passersby!

The owner should be made to provide his dogs with a better and safer place to live, or have his dogs taken from him. Frankly, I'm amazed Edinburgh City Council hasn't acted on this already, but hopefully now they will!
