Had my home check today, visited by the lovely Joyce and Amber. Hope they got home ok after their adventure on public transport. Keeping everything crossed that all goes well.

Oh it is so worrying when you have your home visit.  I had Joyce but no amber so you are one up on me.  I understand your worrying I was a wreck.  Hope it all went well and you get your hound soon.  We now have Red and although it is very early days (3) we are already very in love with the chap and he is really starting to show his character now and is just adorable... (Greys are just so amazingly wonderful I don't know why it has taken me so long to find out how lovely they are)

Wahey passed the home check, arranged to go pick up Summer on Thursday evening, hope she settles well. Looking forward to it. Will update you all on our progress when she arrives.

I've gone and had a look at her on the homeless pages, Wee thing looks adorable and in need of a home. Well done Tanya.
Its heartening to see so many dogs finding new homes at the moment, especially when we know so many more are waiting in the wingsaww
