Did anyone see this? It's about a couple who have 2 greyhounds which are out of control. It was broadcast on channel 4 on the 26th but you can view it on 4 On Demand (which is well worth getting btw).
The dogs are nice but they aren't ex-racers, they have had them since they were pups. They are out of control though.
You can get 4oD Here;

Nice to see hounds on tv but maybe nicer to see them in a better light.
No mention about the plight of racing greyhounds either.
I saw it tonight, Mike. And although it didn't seem to show the dogs in a good light at first, the narrator added that greyhounds when well trained make gentle and loving pets. Both dogs looked well-behaved after Victoria had trained the owners!
It's a shame the couple hadn't even bothered to read the basics of house training before they got the dogs! Think the greyhounds came out better than they did, to be honest!
The dogs were beautiful, I'm glad Victoria decided to train the owners rather than the dogs. Imagine having that secure field and not wanting your dogs to run!!
Watched the prog last night too. The two 'pups' were stunning (younger versions of Abbey) and even more gorgeous looking when they were running around full pelt!
Yup I agree about the owners getting the training, but isn't that what happens in most episodes?
Wasn't there three greyhounds at the beginning of the programe, elderly lookin geyish one? Wonder if it went on holiday till the owners where sorted?!
We watched it too, and were quite horrified that the basic training doesn't seem to have even been attempted by the owners. Gorgeous dogs. But what did happen to the third one??? And it would have been nice if ex racers had been mentioned and how many of them need homed.
