I all thought I would update you on what I was upto last weekend with my family. Mumbly's daughter Lindsay was marrying Chris (lenny's parents). And both Lenny and I were to be best boys at the wedding. It was a lovely occasion and we behaved brilliantly of course. I didn't have one of the bespoke ties as my mumbly had got those done weeks before I came to my forever home. But I didn't mind thought they looked a bit limp anyway Still we arrived with the bridesmaids and we almost stole the show I think and so does my proud mumbly.. Joyce also came along to see us so she can tell you all about how handsome I was...... anyway we went into the registry office too and had a special job. Lenny had the rings and I had to keep him in line and on good behaviour.... He did splendidly. Well here are some of the photo's we have so far more to follow Mumbly says she hardly had time to get her hat on before we were appearing so please ignore it if it is crooked etc. bah humans do fuss they should have lovely coats like us greys and then they wouldn't have to worry about the wind blowing they skirts up etc.... here we are with Lindsay and Chris
Now the lineup of us boys and Mumbly and Rob etc.
Now one when we were getting ready for the arial shot don't I look splendid...
Well must dash as my duvet is getting lonely and I really need to rest now
bye from the RED (available for functions for a small charge)!!!
I can confirm that both "boys" did their mums proud!
The sun shone for the happy couple. Everyone looked fabulous in their wedding finery.
I felt really proud to have been a small part of the process of getting Red into what is definately his last home. He has really landed on his paws in Sandbank and to be guest of honour at a wedding is testament to affection that is lavished upon him.
He is one lucky boy!!!
Joyce
PS I'm Dunoon bound today and hope to catch up with you over the weekend.
Ok will be going for a walk along the front on Sat sometime if you want to meet? We are off out tomorrow for a long walk and picnic as Rob is off. Think Lindsay and Chris here at the weekend so it maybe all of us on the walk but the more the merrier...
