I got Caras collar from ebay almost two years ago. I decided to get her a new one as the old one is getting a bit worn, I contacted the person who supplied the last one and asked if they could make me another. They said it was no problem and I put an order in through their web page (not ebay) that was on 2nd July. Many phone calls and emails later, I have finally received the collar. It is nothing like the original one The original one was quality hide with a leather lining and good strong buckle. The new one does not feel like leather on the outside or the lining and the quality of the fastenings is laughable. I won't print the name of the supplier but will pm anyone who wants to know. that's my rant over. Don't ask me to complain as I just know it will do no good, anyone who can take payment for goods they are not in a position to supply is hardly likely to bother if you are not happy with what they send you.
