Hi there, sorry Rowen missed th walk on Sun but we had a bit of a misshap on sat. We were out walking and Rowen saw something in the trees ahead, he pulled a bit and i tried to stand firm, lol,anyway i lost my footing and went over a stone, sprained my ankle and broke my wrist....... poor Rowen, he kept licking my face, idea.gif the "leaning" helped get me back to the car,biggrin.gif I managed to drive home, in pain,cry.gif and get a friend to take me to hospital. Rowen now follows me about the house, yes even to the toilet, lol,biggrin.gif I think he feels guilty, blankstare.gifbless. See you next month lol smile.gif

That must have been a nasty fall, hope you get better soon. Poor you with Rowen in the toilet with you, it's awkward enough dealing with a broken wrist and 'under clothing' without a long pointy nose trying to assistbiggrin

phew, what a relief - thought this post was going to be about Rowen's broken bones so this was a pleasant surprise!

So sorry to here about your accident Denise and hope you are not in too much pain. Is,nt it strange how our dogs know when something is wrong and go all licky on us when we are not well, guess it is a bit like us when they are hurt or sore (not that I go licking them you understand). Hope you are feeling better soon and get to the toilet by yourself. smile Nora

thanx for all your kind words, mending well lol, Rowen is such a star bless him, still trotting behind me and licking my fingers and sniffing my cast. At least i know i'm loved lol x
