We jumped ship to tesco's earlier in the year also after our insurance with M&S went up 2 thirds. Only thing I will say is that Tesco only cover illness for the first year so if your dog becomes ill and needs lifetime treatment they will only pay for the first 12 mths then you are on your own...M&S cover is unlimited.. Tricky one isn't it! Paws crossed our hounds wont need long term treament
I was with Tesco and changed to M&S because Tesco only covered for the first 12 months and M&S cover for life, sadly the premiums for my lot has rocketed as well, in fact I pay more for thier insurance that I do for my husband and myself. Nora

i just done a search on pet insurance andgot a great deal on line ith direct line, 4000 cover and life time treatment, they were cheaper than any1 else, worth a look, hope this helps also.....
ive just taken out the insurance with tesco and im £8.50 for gus, which consdiering id been quoted nearly £30 for similar cover, i felt it was an offer i shouldnt miss.
Ouch, just got my M&S insurance renewal quote through, the dogs policies have more than doubled as have the cats, and they have cancelled the zero excess, so I have managed to get a half decent quote from Tesco for the dogs £32 for all three, M&S was more than £60, the cats quotes are comparable with the other insurance companies, so I'll leave them for now, I thought at the time last year that the quote for zero excess was too good to be true, but between Lulu and Sally we have certainly had our money's worth. I just knew it was too good to last

ROLL ON MARCH
I cancelled M&S policies, which was costing me £61 per month and I have went back to Tesco. Because I did it on line 50% plus 10% for second and third dogso now my monthly cost is £17.45 for all three. Even when it goes back to full payment at the end of the year it will still costing me less. Nora
