Hello.

My name is Darren. My partner and I recently adopted a two and a half year old black ex-racer (nasty break ended his career, but he seems to be enjoying his early retirement).

Now named Charlie, he seems to be settling in and although he has only been with us for 4 months I wouldnt be without him!We have had some ups and downs (which I will post about soon), but thought I had better introduce myself first.

I would also like this opportunity to thank you all for your posts; this forum has helped put my mind at ease about many things and pointed me in the right direction many times.

I can hear all the wee blue furry crowd on the phone to 'Toy Line' reporting the dangerous dog in the first photobiggrinbiggrinbiggrinbiggrinbiggrin

I see he has resorted to typical grey behaviour by the second photosmile

His 'pal' is Molly. She is without a doubt the most aggressive dog I have ever known; fine with humans, but certain to fight with other dogs. Even a muzzle wouldn't stop her. As you can imagine, the introduction was an interesting affair (especially as Charlie couldn't run at the time owing to his break)

They have a good relationship now. I think they are teaching each other how to play, and knocking over a lot of furniture in the process!

Welcome to the forum and I might add what great pictures! What would life be without the company of such interesting pets? They look so content!
