Corky is doing so well. Annabel is a wonderful mum to him. I estimate that he is just 4 weeks old. He is now really mobile and wanting to play all the time. He has just discovered the great outdoors and it was wonderful watching him yesterday on his very own little voyage of discovery. He is going to be a big lad, I don't know what his dad was but something rather bigger than a podenco I think.
They do have a bigger bed than this (honest!) but seem to prefer squashing up in this little one!
What a wee darling, looks a bit like a Lab x,he's really growing up fast, and mum looks so different to the starved and miserable wee waif that we first saw pictures of,long may they continue to thrive,a happy ending for xmas.
They are just so gorgeous, it makes me smile seeing them squeezing into that wee bed, it must be a podenco thing, the following photo is Dust in the cats bed. Lets hope they continue to thrive under your care
PS How is our wee Purdy

ROLL ON MARCH
Just finished cleaning out the hound block and Madam Purdy is full of herself. She now sits before being asked, the moment she spots a treat she sits and looks at you expectantly!
You'll notice a shave patch on her foreleg. She had her second blood test (the first one having been done last January - poor Purdy that's how long she's been here) against Leishmania the other day. The great news is that she is negative.
Corky and Purdy all in one go, wow !!! Corky and Annabel are both looking so happy what a marvelous job you are doing with them. As for Purdy I cannot wait to see her in the flesh, March seems such a long time away. Nora

What a difference in Annabel - she has put on weight already and looksas if she has no cares in the world Great photos of the pup - he'll be dwarfing his mum pretty soon!

Thanks for the Purdy hit, she's a wee cutie, March is getting ever closer, can't wait until I get all four doing a sit nicely. It's fantastic news about the Leishmania test, I've done a wee bit research on it and know that although dogs can live a perfectly normal life with the illness, that life has to be stress free and if she's positive the chances are she wouldn't be able to travel over, so we both whooped a bit when we read that. Give Purdy a hug from us and while your at it could you give one to wee Ozzie from Tricia and one to Annabel and her pup
