Well the big day is here and the committee would be remiss if we didn't STOP and THANK everyone - all the volunteers, fosters and new adoptees for all their hard work and support of GAL!!

This has been quite a year for GAL and as we get ready for the New Year - it is a time to reflect on all the good things and not so good things. GAL has always been and will always be about the DOGS. So as this New Year begins - the GAL committee will be more dedicated to ensuring the well being of the dogs! We pray for Dev's safe return and mourn those that have passed away ( Bobbie, Charlie and others). We will look at ways to continue doing the things that work, improve on those that are okay and revamp on those things that need it.
We hope with continued support and input of all members and volunteers that we can ALL make GAL the best it needs to be - which is the best for the hounds!

I personally thank all of the committee members who work so hard with me for GAL - without them I would be lost. They are the hardest & dearest people that I have ever been blessed to be with - especially on this day so far from family and friends! May today they be blessed as well!

So from my home to yours - I WISH EVERYONE & THEIR FAMILIES A DAY FILLED WITH LOVE, LAUGHTER AND HAPPINESS!! MERRY CHRISTMAS & A HAPPY NEW YEAR!! I look forward to seeing you all next year!
