I hope that you will be able to come along and support the organised GAL events throughout the year.

However, if you are unable to do so there is nothing preventing you from doing some of your own fund raising in your area.

It does not need to be a huge event, anything that raises a few quid and also some awareness is always worthwhile.

You could host a candle party, have a pizza and wine evening and ask a few friends along at a fiver a time with you providing the pizza and a glass of wine.

If you need to declutter (and there are not many of us who could not do with that!), you could wait until the better weather and go along to a local car boot sale to sell your booty!
