One of my colleagues thoughtfully saved this for me to read yesterday. Sadly I can't say its unbelievable because nothing surprises me about murkier elements of the industry any more. I was irked to see the RSPCA spokesperson quoted as saying 'We certainly would not like to think that there was a financial incentive to ending a pets life'.
The whole point is they are not 'pets' when this happens to them and obviously the RVC and the vets involved think the same - that's the problem
